Senior IT Trainer – What You’ll Be Doing:
\n- \n
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programmes for global audiences, including new hire onboarding, skills training and tailored departmental sessions. \n
- Design innovative e-learning content and learning resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia. \n
- Champion the adoption of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Harvey and Copilot, creating practical learning resources and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI. \n
- Partner with project teams to support the successful rollout of new technologies, ensuring user-focused training and seamless adoption across the firm. \n
- Assess learning needs, analyse Help Desk trends and user feedback, and continuously enhance training programmes to improve user confidence and reduce support requests. \n
- Build awareness of IT Learning & Development services across the firm, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption. \n
- Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing support to colleagues, helping them maximise the value of the firm's technology and AI solutions. \n
Senior IT Trainer – What We’re Looking For:
\n- \n
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar / Senior IT Trainer role within a law firm. \n
- Ability to quickly learn, master and deliver training on new technologies and enterprise applications (legal technology experience such as iManage, Intapp or Litera is advantageous). \n
- Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Harvey or Copilot, to create engaging learning content and improve training delivery. \n
- Expertise in adult learning principles, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, user-friendly training. \n
