Locum Litigation Solicitor (4+ Years PQE) - Hybrid Opportunity

We are working with a client who is looking to appoint an experienced Locum Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE to provide support to their team.

\n

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across civil, commercial, and property litigation matters, providing high-quality legal advice and handling matters through to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have:

    A minimum of 4 years' post-qualified experience (PQE) in litigation.

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong experience across civil, commercial, and property litigation.

    • \n
  • \n

    The ability to manage a varied caseload independently and provide immediate support.

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

    • \n
  • \n

    A practical and commercially minded approach to dispute resolution.

    • \n

Working arrangements:

    This is an immediate-start locum opportunity for a candidate available at short notice (ideally within the next month).

  • \n

    A hybrid working arrangement will be available.

    • \n
  • \n

    During the initial month, the successful candidate will be expected to work predominantly on-site to support integration with the team and understand the requirements of the role.

  • \n

    Following this period, the role will typically require no more than two days per week in the office.

    • \n
  • \n

    Due to the need for regular office attendance, candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance; those located too far from the office will not be suitable.
