Job Title:Class 1 Driver -Trunking (Depot to Depot) with no handballing required\n

Pay Rate:£16.40 to £19.00 per hour
\n Working Hours:Monday to Friday - various starts available - Regular, ongoing work\n
Experience:6months Class 1 essential\n
\nFifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 1 Drivers in Carnforth to work with our client, who are a well established distribution and logistics company based in the North West.\n

Roles & Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Driving and operating a Class 1vehicle
\n
• Completing trunking runs between distribution centres
\n
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
\n
• Completing transport paperwork
\n
• Complying with driver hours and working time regulations
\n

All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures.\n
About you:\n
\nYou will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.\n
\nYou will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.\n
