An excellent opportunity has become available for a Group Financial Accountant to join a large, multi-site organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working within a collaborative finance function, you'll support statutory reporting, group reporting and financial control while contributing to ongoing finance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of group reporting.

• Production of statutory accounts.
\n
• Month-end and year-end reporting.
\n
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
\n
• Technical accounting support.
\n
• Liaison with external auditors.
\n
• Financial controls and compliance.
\n
• Process improvement projects.
\n

About You

\n
• ACA or ACCA qualified.
\n
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
\n
• Experience preparing statutory accounts.
\n
• Excellent analytical skills.
\n
• Strong attention to detail.
\n
• Comfortable working within a complex organisation.
\n

Desirable

\n
• Previous experience within professional services or another complex corporate environment.
