Proposals Engineer

Our client, a leading design & build contractor, is looking for a Proposals Engineer to support tendering activity across major water & wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Prepare MEICA design solutions for tenders
\n
• Produce cost estimates and tender documentation
\n
• Support bid submissions and commercial reviews
\n
• Coordinate internal teams and supply chain inputs
\n
• Attend client meetings and support presentations
\n

Requirements

\n
• Experience in Proposals / Estimating / Design roles
\n
• Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure
\n
• Strong MEICA knowledge (Mechanical & Electrical)
\n
• Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines
\n
• HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (or similar)
\n
