Field Service Manager (Agriculture / Plant) £48,000 - £52,000 + Company Bonus + Training + Progression + Vehicle + Company Benefits + 5% Pension Kilmarnock

Are you a Field Service Manager or similar from an agriculture or plant background, looking for a varied role in an industry leading supplier, that will provide ongoing, tailored training on manufacturing and management, offering further progression to senior group leadership?

In this role, you'll oversee 4 direct employees and 27 overall, ensuring the smooth operation of the service department, managing the engineers, scheduling and handling jobs and dealing with clients from agriculture, plant and construction industries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team hit company KPIs and targets.

They have been operating for almost a century and have rapidly expanded to become a staple of the industry.

This role would suit a Service Manager from an Agricultural or plant background, looking to join a growing and supportive company with routes to move up the ladder to more senior positions.

The Role

• Plan maintenance and workloads of the engineers

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. 40 hours per week
