Testing Electrician

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Testing Engineer to carry out inspection and testing across a range of commercial properties in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. This role offers consistent work and competitive hourly rates for the right candidate.

• Carry out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) on commercial sites
\n
• Conduct inspection, testing, and fault finding
\n
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 regulations
\n
• Accurately complete reports and certification
\n
• Identify and report defects, recommending remedial actions
\n
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
\n

\n
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) essential
\n
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
\n
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
\n
• Proven experience on commercial properties
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
\n

\n
• IPAF / PASMA
\n
• Experience with large-scale testing contracts
\n
• Familiar with handheld/digital reporting systems
\n

• £25£30 per hour
\n
• Ongoing work in the Portsmouth area
