\nThe Job Youll Do;
\n- \n
- Design, development, and delivery of electrical systems for a range of projects \n
- Design and manufacture of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations. \n
- Work closely with estimators to prepare accurate project cost estimates and schedules. \n
- Develop and review CAD designs and schematics for electrical systems, ensuring all designs meet regulatory and safety requirements. \n
- Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure designs are translated effectively into final products. \n
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions. \n
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members. \n
- Ensure quality assurance and control standards are met at all stages of the project lifecycle. \n
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within the engineering team \n
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded. \n
- Drive continuous improvement within the electrical engineering processes and team. \n
- Oversee electrical projects from design through to installation and commissioning \n
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution \n
About You;
\n- \n
- HNC or above in an Electrical discipline is essential. \n
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Electrical Engineering or similar \n
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar) \n
- Understanding of BS7671 wiring regulations, BS EN 61439 and IEC standards \n
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics \n
- Excellent problem-solving skills \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal \n
