Branch Manager - Bathrooms

At Clifton Trade Bathrooms, we don't just sell bathrooms - we build winning teams. We're expanding fast and looking for an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team within the Oxfordshire area.

What you'll be doing:

• Running your branch like it's your own business, with full P&L responsibility in a competitive, sales-focused environment.
\n
• Driving sales, growing margin and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
\n
• Building strong relationships with traders and customers to win new business and generate repeat sales.
\n
• Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to deliver outstanding results.
\n
• Continuously looking for ways to improve how your branch operates.
\n
• Creating a winning culture - we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
\n

• A proven sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets.

• Someone who's resilient, driven and thrives on success.

• A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training).
\n
• You'll ideally come from a KBB, trade, DIY or building supplies background. If you've got the right attitude and a proven sales record, we'll teach you the rest.
