Were looking for an experienced Building Control Professional to join a high-impact programme transforming building safety across England.

\n

This role will support Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) in assessing Higher Risk Building (HRB) projects, ensuring regulatory decisions are technically robust, proportionate, and aligned with the Building Regulations 2010.

\n

??Key Responsibilities:

\n

Provide expert advice on building control applications & compliance

\n

Support MDTs with technical reviews and regulatory decisions

\n

Interpret complex submissions and identify compliance gaps

\n

Contribute to policy interpretation and best practice in regulation

\n

?What Were Looking For:

\n

Strong experience in building control & high-risk projects

\n

Registered as Class 3(G), 3(H), 2(C), or 2(F)

\n

Excellent technical communication & report writing skills

\n

Experience working within multi-disciplinary environments

\n
