We are seeking an Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant to join a leading global consulting organisation, delivering complex transformation programmes across the defence and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities as an Management Consultant (Aerospace & Defence)

• Deliver complex consulting engagements across Aerospace & Defence clients.
\n
• Lead project workstreams and engage with senior client stakeholders.
\n
• Analyse business challenges and develop strategic recommendations.
\n
• Support business development and contribute to client growth initiatives.
\n

Experience you'll need as an Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant

\n
• 3+ years' management consulting experience within Aerospace & Defence, or 5+ years' industry experience delivering transformation.
\n
• Experience in complex programme delivery and large-scale business change.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
\n
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
\n
