\nIm currently working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager for their York branch.\n
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role or an existing Manager looking for a stronger platform, better earning potential, and real autonomy to grow a business.\n
The Opportunity\n
\nYoull take full responsibility for driving lettings performance across the branch - leading from the front, developing your team, and increasing market share.\n
\nThis is a hands-on role where youll be just as comfortable winning business as you are coaching your team to deliver results.\n
Key Responsibilities\n

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing lettings team
\n
• Driving new business and conducting lettings valuations
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n
• Increasing market share and overall branch performance
\n
• Coaching and mentoring staff to maximise individual and team output
\n
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
\n

About You\n
\n

• Proven background in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Manager level)
\n
• Strong track record in winning instructions and generating business
\n
• A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a team
\n
• Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
\n
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
