Property Manager Commercial - Senior Surveyor needed in Ellesmere Port, £35.15ph PAYE - Reference: 5300697

Interim Estates Surveyor to support the management, development and optimisation of a diverse property portfolio.

Working within a professional property team, you will provide expert estate management advice, lead on landlord and tenant matters, undertake property reviews and negotiations, and help maximise the value and performance of property assets.

You will ideally be a commercially minded property professional with strong surveying expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to delivering property solutions.

This is afull time role on a temporary contract basis.
