Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct sound insulation testing in accordance with relevant standards (e.g. Approved Document E)
\n - Undertake air tightness testing in line with Building Regulations
\n - Carry out acoustic measurements, site surveys, and data analysis
\n - Provide input on building acoustic design and noise control strategies
\n - Prepare clear, accurate, and professional technical reports
\n - Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to deliver practical acoustic solutions

- Degree-qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Acoustics, Engineering, Physics)
\n - Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA)
\n - Proven experience in acoustic and air tightness testing
\n - Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations related to acoustics
\n - Excellent analytical, reporting, and attention-to-detail skills
\n - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
\n - CSCS card or equivalent site qualifications
