\nTheyre now looking for a confident, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of a busy, high-demand desk.\n
\nWhat Youll Be Doing\n
\nThis is a true 360 role where youll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact:\n

• Managing your own desk of daily drivers
\n
• Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients
\n
• Generating new business and growing your client base
\n
• Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships
\n
• Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers
\n
• Conducting interviews and completing licence checks
\n
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
\n
• Handling all associated recruitment administration
\n

• Recruitment experience with a proven track record in sales & business development
\n
• Confidence managing a busy 360 desk
\n
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
\n
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards

• A proactive, resilient and team-focused approach
\n
• Experience within driving, industrial or logistics recruitment is ideal, but strong recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.
