Working Hours:Days Only 4 on 4 off pattern (7am 7pm)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join my clients team on a days only shift pattern, covering a commercial site in Worcester Park. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who has been longing for a professional and progress team of engineers, support by management who reward their staff with training, promotions and development in technical abilities where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical three-phase systems, lighting and power distribution.
\n
• Perform tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
\n
• Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
\n
• Monitor BMS
\n
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
\n
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Engineering
\n
• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
\n
• Knowledge of commercial building systems
\n
