Part Time HGV Class 1 Night Drivers Rotherham (S66)

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and industry-leading client based in Rotherham. We are looking for multiple Part Time HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join the team.

Location: Rotherham, S66

Job Type: Ongoing Part Time Work / Temp to Perm Opportunities Available

Pay Rates:

£17.50 per hour (PAYE)
\n £19.61 per hour (Rolled Up Holiday Pay)

Shift Patterns & Start Times:

Sunday to Friday nights
\n Flexible part time shifts available
\n Choose from 14 shifts per week
\n Start times between 20:00 00:00
\n Average shift length 10 hours
\n Double manned runs can be 1415 hours

The Role:

Trunking vehicle parts to depots across the UK (depots located from Glasgow to Southampton)
\n 12 drops per shift
\n Mixture of cage work, pallets and totes
\n Use of tail lift and pump truck for unloading
\n Vehicles are pre-loaded before shift start
\n Regular double manned runs required
\n No nights out required

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
\n Minimum 2 years driving experience required
\n No maximum points, however only minor offences accepted (no DR/DG offences)
\n Valid CPC and Digi Card
\n Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
\n Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work
