\n Job Overview\n
\n We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Reach Truck / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Patchway, Bristol (BS34). This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering a competitive hourly rate and stable working hours.\n
\n The successful candidate will be responsible for forklift operation as well as general warehouse duties, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.\n
\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
\n
• Loading and unloading goods from lorries and internal storage areas
\n
• Moving, stacking, and replenishing stock within the warehouse
\n
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
\n
• Using hand heldscanners and warehouse computer systems (WMS)
\n
• Conducting basic forklift checks and reporting any faults
\n
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
\n
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or equivalent)
\n
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
\n
• Confident using scanners and basic computer systems
\n
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
\n
• Strong time management and reliability
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
