3 Shift Pattern (8 Hour Shifts) \n
Salary c£43,000 + Shift Supplement \n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician with a minimum Level 3 Electrical Qualification to gain experience as a Senior Technician.\n
\n As part of the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of automated equipment, ensuring the site operates efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum. You'll be involved in both planned and reactive maintenance activities, supporting the performance of high-speed packaging machinery, automated conveyor systems etc\n
\nThis is a key role in in the business and you will manage the maintenance operations of the facility ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and maximising efficiency.\n

\n Key Responsibilities for a Senior Maintenance Technician\n

- Perform routine preventative and reactive maintenance \n
- Electrically; System testing, field wiring, system calibration, interpreting circuit diagrams \n
- Knowledge of automated, electrical and pneumatics machinery \n
- Strong Attention to detail \n
- CMMS use \n
- Service and repair of equipment on site \n
- Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines \n
- Willing to learn and adapt to role requirements. \n
- Hands on ownership of issues \n

- Minimum Level 3 qualification Electrical Qualification \n
- Technical department experience especially in maintenance \n
- Experience with working on automated conveyor systems \n
- Confidently read schematic diagrams \n
- A solid understanding of Health and Safety policies \n
- Technical knowledge of electrical/pneumatic/mechanical equipment \n
- Excellent understanding of automated equipment \n
- Both Electrical and Mechanical skills \n
- Root cause analysis skill \n
- Experience with Siemens S7 Tia portal would be an advantage \n
- Strong Communicator \n
- Organised and good time management skills. \n
