Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Location: South Wales (with occasional West Wales work)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year (DOE)

Job Description:
\n We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage and lead electrical teams on social housing projects across South Wales, with occasional work in West Wales. You will oversee both on-site and back-office responsibilities, ensuring smooth project delivery. A company van and fuel card will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors on social housing projects.
\n
• Ensure health & safety adherence and compliance on site.
\n
• Coordinate materialsensure they are on site or ready for pick-up.
\n
• Estimate material costs for upcoming jobs.
\n
• Maintain strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
\n
• QS/estimation of new project - NECEIC qualified
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2, Testing & Inspection).
\n
• Experience supervising electrical teams (social housing background ideal).
\n
• Solar experience preferred but not essential.
\n
• NECEIC QS qualified or meet the criteria to be put through qualification.
\n
