\n The role of the Estimator Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
Estimator position promoting the installation, maintenance and repair of flat roofing systems such as single ply, liquid applied, built-up felt, hot melt, and hard metal roofing systems
\nReviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
\nLiaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
\nLiaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
\nProducing formal quotations to clients
\nKeep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
\nBuild and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
\nPrioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
\nEstimating for projects ranging in value up to circa £1m
\nThe ideal applicant will be an Estimator Flat Roofing Systems with:
\nMust have estimating experience within the roofing, cladding or related market sectors
\nSound understanding of roofing and building legislation
\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal
\nStrong numerical skills
\nIT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)
\nConfident and articulate individual
