The Opportunity\nBluestones Medical is recruiting experienced GPs to support our client's Urgent Treatment Centres across the West Midlands.
\nYou will work within an award-winning urgent care provider, embedded in NHS Trusts, with direct access to X-ray diagnostics and clearly defined escalation pathways into Emergency Departments.
\nThis role is suited to clinicians with recent UTC, A&E, or Emergency Department experience, confident in managing undifferentiated acute presentations within a governed urgent care setting.

High-acuity urgent and emergency presentations

Robust clinical governance and escalation protocols

Direct access to diagnostics and ED referral

Multidisciplinary team working

Adastra clinical system
\n

Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute and urgent presentations
\n - \n
Recognise red flags and escalate appropriately to ED or secondary care
\n - \n
Deliver safe, patient-centred care in line with NHS UTC standards
\n - \n
Maintain accurate clinical records on Adastra
\n - \n
Work effectively within MDT environments
\n

Payment via Limited Company or Sole Trader

Prompt payroll

GMC-registered GP with NHS Performers List inclusion
\n - \n
Recent experience in a UTC, A&E, or Emergency Department setting
\n - \n
Minimum 2 years UK post-qualification experience
\n - \n
Proven experience using Adastra
\n - \n
Enhanced DBS (issued within the last 12 months)
\n - \n
Right to Work in the UK (passport / birth certificate / visa as applicable)
\n - \n
Valid medical indemnity insurance
\n - \n
In-date mandatory training
\n
