Vehicle Technician Hitchin
\n Salary: £40,000 £50,000 + Bonus (DOE & Qualifications)

Working Monday to Thursday 7:30am 5:30pm and Friday 7:30am 2:45pm

HP4 Recruitment are working with a busy and well-established workshop in Hitchin, looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic / Diagnostic Technician / Service Technician to join their team. This role offers excellent earning potential, a strong work-life balance, and no weekend work,youll be carrying out a wide range of mechanical and diagnostic duties in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu servicing, maintenance and repairs
\n
• Dealer level diagnostics and fault finding
\n
• Engine rebuilds and gearbox rebuilds
\n
• Suspension overhaul and 4-wheel alignment
\n
• Pre-purchase inspections and borescope checks
\n
• IMS upgrades, air-con regas and tyre fitting
\n
• Key coding and electrical repairs
\n
• Bodywork, alloy and headlamp refurbishment
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
\n
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
\n
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
