Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent automotive dealership near Halifax, with a salary of up to £45k.
\n The family-run business has over 60 years' experience providing excellent customer service, and as a result is growing, with a new workshop opening to meet customer demand with a commitment to quality service.
\n Working with modern equipment and tools in a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining modern Land Rovers.

Key duties of the Vehicle Technician:

• Servicing, repairing and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards
\n
• Diagnosing faults accurately
\n
• Completing job cards and service documentation
\n
• Working closely with the wider workshop team
\n
• Delivering quality workmanship that keeps customers coming back.
\n

Experience Required for the Vehicle Technician:

\n
• NVQ Level 3 or IMI in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
\n
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
\n
• A team player who can also work independently
\n
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right first time.
\n
