Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) to support a 7-year-old child with complex clinical needs in a home care setting in Sittingbourne. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver 1:1 specialist paediatric care, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality of life.\n
Key Responsibilities\n

• Administration of TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) and central line care
\n
• Medication administration in line with clinical guidelines
\n
• Jejunostomy and ileostomy care
\n
• Maintaining strict fluid balance monitoring
\n
• Monitoring via pulse oximetry
\n
• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
\n
• Seizure Management including Buccal midazolam
  Available Shifts: Every Wednesday and Saturday 20.00pm-07.00am
