Forklift Driver Counterbalance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing and distribution business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company that invests heavily in its people, facilities, and employee wellbeing.

Working as part of the late shift team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

The Role

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
\n
• Inspecting goods for damage and reporting discrepancies
\n
• Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse
\n
• Operating a forklift truck where required
\n
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
\n
• Loading vehicles for dispatch
\n
• Maintaining stock records and warehouse documentation
\n
• Supporting inventory control activities
\n
• Ensuring work areas remain clean, organised, and safe
\n
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
\n

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
\n
• Valid Forklift Truck Licence (essential)
\n
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious
\n
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
\n
