- Support pupils regulation, behaviour for learning and academic attainment \n
- Work in partnership with SENCO, pastoral teams and senior leaders to ensure targeted interventions \n
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the ARP, including curriculum adaptation and provision mapping \n
- Champion effective inclusive practice across the wider school community \n

- Qualified Teacher with UK QTS \n
- Proven experience working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs \n
- A practitioner with high expectations and a clear commitment to measurable impact \n
- A confident team player able to guide colleagues in best practice within specialist provision \n
