- Lead the daily planning and coordination of assembly activities to achieve targets. \n
- Carry out mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, testing, calibration and fault finding to required standards. \n
- Ensure build records, calibration documentation and quality paperwork are completed accurately before products are released. \n
- Monitor operational performance, identifying improvements that enhance efficiency, workflow and right-first-time performance. \n
- Support cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and remove barriers to delivery. \n
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements, ISO 9001 standards and workplace organisation practices. \n

- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience within a technical assembly and testing environment. \n
- Experience supervising production or manufacturing teams, including workload planning and supporting staff development. \n
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions and test procedures. \n
- Competence using measuring and test equipment, Microsoft Office and production or ERP/MRP systems. \n
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, calibration processes and continuous improvement methodologies. \n
