\nAbout the Role\n
\n
We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their Corporate Finance team. This is a highly impactful role focused on delivering Financial planning, forecasting, and commercial insight to support effective decision-making and long-term sustainability.
\nYou'll play a key role in providing accurate data, meaningful analysis, and business partnering support, helping the organisation improve performance and make commercially sound decisions.
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

- Deliver end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning \n
- Build and maintain accurate financial models and scenario analysis \n
- Analyse variances and identify key drivers of performance \n
- Provide clear, actionable insight from financial and operational data \n
- Translate complex data into meaningful information for stakeholders \n
- Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities early \n
- Partner with managers to improve financial performance and accountability \n
- Produce regular performance reports with insightful commentary \n
- Challenge assumptions and support informed decision-making \n
- Develop and improve reporting, dashboards, and use of ERP systems \n
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial analysis \n
- Support business cases, investments, and new initiatives \n
- Assist with pricing strategies and commercial decision-making \n
- Assess financial viability, affordability, and long-term sustainability \n
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and processes \n
- Promote financial understanding and a data-driven culture across the organisation \n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\n
- \n
- Experience in FP&A or a commercially focused finance role \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly \n
- Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders \n
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis \n
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI is desirable \n
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills \n
\nQualifications\n

- \n
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field \n
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) \n
