- Assist young people with daily routines, education and activities \n
- Build strong, positive relationships that create trust and stability \n
- Help maintain a safe, structured and supportive home environment \n
- Assist with care plans, routines and developmental goals \n
- Contribute to shift coordination and support less experienced staff where required \n
- Complete reports, records and day-to-day household responsibilities \n

- Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people \n
- Understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes \n
- Experience working within structured residential or care environments \n
- Ability to support or guide others within a team setting \n
- Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications \n
