\n Every day, youll build trusted relationships with families who need support to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create safer, more stable futures for their children.
\n At Spurgeons, you wont just deliver a service youll see the difference you make, one family at a time.
\n This is a community based role working directly with families across North Wiltshire, in their homes, schools and local settings.
\n In this role, you will:

- Build strong, trusted relationships with up to 20 families \n
- Deliver one to one support and interventions that create lasting change \n
- Work closely with schools, health professionals and community partners \n
- Advocate for families and help them access the right support \n
- Use your safeguarding knowledge to keep children and young people safe and thriving \n
\n You wont be expected to manage a full caseload immediately well support you to build this over time.
Location: County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JQ.
\nThis role involves regular travel across North Wiltshire. In return, youll have the autonomy to manage your diary and plan your time effectively to meet the needs of families.
