Occupational Health Advisor (Peripatetic) Colchester & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £38,000 £48,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs) or 3+ days part-time options available

Our client, a highly regarded and ambitious Occupational Health provider, is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver bespoke OH services across the wider Ipswich region (within 1 hour travel time).

The Role\n

    Deliver the full remit of Occupational Health services at client sites.

  • \n
  • \n

    Carry out health surveillance, assessments, case management, and health promotion activities.

  • \n
  • \n

    Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with GDPR/confidentiality requirements.

  • \n
  • \n

    Travel within a 1-hour radius of Colchester to support a varied client base.

  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • \n

    NMC Registered Nurse (no restrictions).

  • \n
  • \n

    Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma) preferred but not essential.

  • \n
  • \n

    Previous experience in Occupational Health is preferred.

  • \n
  • \n

    Practice or Community Nursing or Functional Assessor experience considered.

  • \n
  • \n

    A confident communicator, able to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.

  • \n
  • \n

    A professional, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for supporting employee health and wellbeing.
