You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks with large commercial premises\n
\nMy client is looking for a 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in critical building services to work on a High profile Building at Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey carrying out maintenance.\n
Hours\n
\n4 days on, 4 days off - 08:00am - 18:30pm\n
Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Apprentice Trained
\n
• Mechanical / Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent
\n
• Client Facing
\n
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
\n
• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
\n
• Navy Engineers Considered
\n

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000

Duties\n
\n

\n
• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
\n
• General building services tasks
\n
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
\n
• Knowledge of UPS, BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HV and LV systems
\n
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
\n
• Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
\n
