ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
\nKingston Park
\nSalary: £27,376 per annum
\nHours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
\nContract: Permanent
\nClosing Date: 5PM on Friday 24th July 2026

\nWe have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Block Management team.

\nAbout the Assistant Property Manager Role:
\nAs an Assistant Property Manager, the role will involve supporting a team of Property Managers in the delivery of excellent, consistent and responsive customer service. It is therefore essential that you possess excellent communications skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of block or property management, experience of working in an administrative role and excellent IT skills.
\nIf you have excellent communication skills, a team focussed approach to work and are keen to work towards a professional qualification in Leasehold management, we want to hear from you.
\nYour Experience:
\nSuccessful candidates will need:
\nAn interest in property, have previous block or property management experience in a similar role and keen to learn new skills.
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight timescales
\nExceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
\nExcellent communication skills
\nProficient in using IT systems
\nPositive can-do attitude
\nEnthusiastic team player
\nEssential:
\nEducated to GCSE/O Level equivalent including Maths and English Grade C/4 or above
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
\nExperience of working in an administrative role
\nDesirable:
\nCustomer service experience
