What youll be doing
\nStrategic leadership & influence
\n- \n
- Lead the design and delivery of the People Strategy aligned to organisational goals \n
- Act as atrusted advisorto senior leaders and the Executive Team \n
- Shape workforce planning, organisational capability, and future readiness \n
- Deputise for the Director when required \n
Modern, high-performing People services
\n- \n
- Deliver adigitally enabled, efficient People functionacross the full employee lifecycle \n
- Oversee recruitment, L&D, reward, policies, and employee relations \n
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence \n
Insight, systems & innovation
\n- \n
- Own and optimise People systems and data \n
- Use insight to inform decision-making and drive performance \n
- Champion automation and self-service to enhance user experience \n
Culture, engagement & wellbeing
\n- \n

What youll bring

\nExperience & expertise

- Senior HR/People leadership experience (housing, public sector or similar desirable) \n
- Proven track record inculture change, OD, and transformation \n
- Experience leading high-performing teams and complex people agendas \n
- Strong knowledge ofUK employment law and HR best practice \n
- Experience implementing and optimisingpeople systems and digital tools \n
