The Role: Store Manager

As Store Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the performance and day to day operation of the store. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, drive commercial success, and maintain the highest standards across every area of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

  Driving commercial performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales

\n
• \n

  Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations

\n
• \n

  Recruiting, coaching, and developing future retail leaders

\n
• \n

  Managing stock control, compliance, audits, and health and safety

\n
• \n

  Creating a positive, high performing store culture where colleagues can thrive

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• \n

  Has previous experience as a Store Manager, or is a strong Assistant Manager ready to take the next step

\n
• \n

  Has a background in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or big box retail

\n
• \n

  Can coach, develop, and motivate high performing teams

\n
• \n

  Understands retail KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT

\n
• \n

  Is organised, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
