\n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join one of the UK's leading building maintenance providers. This is a mobile role covering multiple commercial office sites across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support across a range of HVAC systems.\n

Duties & Responsibilities\n

\n
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
\n
• Attend and resolve emergency breakdowns across client sites
\n
• Fault find, diagnose and repair a wide range of air conditioning systems and associated plant
\n
• Complete A/C works including minor projects, refurbishments and installations
\n
• Work on systems including: \n
  \n
  • Single & Multi Splits
  \n
  • VRV / VRF Systems
  \n
  • VAV Systems
  \n
  • Close Control & CRAC Units
  \n
  • DX Units
  \n
\n
• Carry out repairs including compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing and soldering
\n
• Liaise with subcontractors where required
\n
• Ensure all compliance paperwork and statutory documentation is completed accurately and kept up to date
\n

Requirements \n

\n
• F-Gas Category 1 Qualification (Essential)
\n
• Minimum 3 years' experience within commercial air conditioning service and maintenance
\n
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Experience working within commercial environments
\n

Salary & Benefits \n

• £42,000 - £48,000 per annum

• Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
