Your missionAs a Plant Mechanic, you will be responsible for the following:\n
\n - Carry out workplace risk assessments
\n - Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
\n - Resolve technical problems relating to plant and equipment and share knowledge
\n - Carry out and record regular plant inspections
\n - Carry out scheduled servicing in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
\n - Have knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
\n - Carry out on and off-hire PDI inspections
\n - Carry out pre-examination inspections
\n - Provide clear and concise data, records
\n - Be able to read and understand schematics
\n - Provide advice to others in the safe operation and correct maintenance of plant
\n - Advise/seek advice on the modification and development of plant to ensure compliance with Change Control Procedures
\n - Identify opportunities to implement new technology
\n - Carry out daily/weekly work programmes set by the manager
\n - Carry out workload in collaboration with operational teams
\n - Train, mentor, and develop others
\n - Maintain personal diary/CPD record/ to demonstrate career development CV
\n - Record all work carried out within company electronic system
\n - Carry out workshop inspections as instructed
\n - Ensure compliance with company and legislative safety and environment requirement
\n
Who are we looking for?\n
\nQualifications:\n\n - Level 2 VQ Plant maintenance and repair
\n - Level 3 Diploma in Plant Maintenance (Construction)
\n - Level 3 Diploma in controlling lifting operations supervising lifts
\n - TIMMM
\n - EngTech
\n
Training:\n
\n - First Aid at Work 1 day
\n - CPCS various categories
\n - CSCS/PTS
\n - Technical Seminars and Workshops
\n
Experience:\n
