Are you passionate about developing drivers, improving road safety, and making a real impact every day? We're looking for a dedicated Driver Trainer to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.\n
Location: Droitwich Depot\n
Salary: £17.30 per hour - plus £40 weekly allowance\n
Shift Pattern - 5 days over 7 - Tuesday - Saturday 12:00-13:00 start times or 5 out of 7 21:00-22:00 start times,\n
(must be flexible on start times on request due to training needs.) \n

What we're looking for:\n

- \n
- Strong communicator with hands-on driver training experience \n
- Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based training \n
- Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations \n
- Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems \n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an LGV C+E driver \n
Essential:\n

- \n
- LGV C+E licence \n
- Driver CPC \n
- Experience delivering driver training \n
Desirable:\n
\n
- \n
- NRI (RTITB) DCPC qualification \n
- IOSH or First Aid \n
- Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster) \n

What you'll do:\n

- Deliver engaging driver training and development \n
- Support DCPC training and new driver inductions \n
- Promote safe and fuel-efficient driving \n
- Carry out driver assessments and post-incident training \n
- Help improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics \n
- Work closely with Transport and Compliance teams to ensure best practice \n
