A specialist manufacturing and installation business is seeking an office-based Estimator to support day-to-day project pricing across commercial and industrial environments. This role focuses on producing accurate, timely quotations and working closely with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.

    Prepare accurate quotations across multiple projects

    • \n
  • \n

    Review drawings/specifications and clarify missing details

    • \n
  • \n

    Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams

    • \n
  • \n

    Compare supplier/subcontractor pricing

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain cost databases and project documentation

    • \n
  • \n

    Support senior estimators with tenders and project handovers

    • \n
ABOUT YOU\n
    \n
  • \n

    Background in mechanical/electrical estimating (experience or education)

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • \n
  • \n

    Confident communicator, proactive problem-solver

    • \n
  • \n

    Organised, able to manage multiple projects

    • \n
  • \n

    Competent with Microsoft Excel; willing to learn estimating software

    • \n
  • \n

    Technical knowledge of specialist products is helpful but not essential

    • \n
