At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HGV driver to work with a leading logistics company in Leeds. You will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries safely and on time, ensuring all vehicle checks and documentation are handled with precision while maintaining compliance with transport and health and safety regulations.

Shift patterns:
\n * 5am - 5pm
\n * 6am - 6pm
\n * 7am - 7pm
\n * 8am - 8pm

Pay rates:
\n * 17.40 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for HGV driver:
\n * Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho card.
\n * No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
\n * Previous multi-drop experience.
\n * Eligibility for an airside pass, including a 5-year background check and DBS.
\n * Strong knowledge of driving laws, health and safety, and tachograph regulations.

Role for HGV driver:
\n * Conduct thorough vehicle safety checks before and after shifts.
\n * Manage delivery paperwork and Proof of Delivery documentation.
\n * Follow planned routes while maintaining compliance with transport regulations.
\n * Operate the vehicle safely in time-critical environments.
\n * Communicate effectively to adapt to route changes and customer requirements.
