Location: London, Hackney
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Van + Benefits

We're working with a long-established, independent security and electrical contractor with a strong reputation across London for delivering high-quality CCTV and integrated security solutions.

With nearly 50 years in the industry, the business has grown steadily and continues to win long-term public sector and commercial contracts.

They are now looking for an experienced CCTV & Security Systems Engineer to join their team, working across a mix of modern IP systems and legacy analogue CCTV networks, including town centre surveillance systems.

As our CCTV Security Systems Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of CCTV systems
\n
• Working across IP and analogue CCTV platforms
\n
• Fault finding and technical diagnosis on complex systems
\n
• Working on large-scale public space and town centre CCTV networks
\n
• Configuration and maintenance of wireless links (e.g. Siklu, Cambium)
\n
• Working with leading CCTV systems including Axis, Bosch and integrated control platforms
\n
• Field-based role across London boroughs
\n

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

• Proven experience in CCTV installation, commissioning and fault finding
\n
• Strong knowledge of IP CCTV systems (analogue experience also beneficial)
\n
• Experience with large-scale or public space CCTV systems desirable
\n
• Familiarity with Axis / Bosch / integrated CCTV platforms advantageous
\n
• Ability to work independently on live sites
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Eligible for security clearance
\n
• Comfortable working at height (MEWPs, ladders, towers)
\n
