Job Description
Quantity Surveyor required to join leading groundworks and RC frame contractor based in the Chelmsford area. The Quantity Surveyor will be overseeing groundworks and RC frame packages. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a civil engineering or groundworks background with a solid quantity surveying background. The Quantity Surveyor will be managing the resources of a project lifecycle in order to ensure it achieves success of the project outcome and maximise profit provide planning, provision and monitoring of commercial support and assurance to the Project Manager and the project delivery team, pursuing own professional development and provide guidance and support to develop other commercial staff, showing competency in all commercial duties from contract negotiation to procurement, variations, valuations, payments to final accounts.\n
