\nGloucester (on-site)
\nNormal working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-15:00
\nSalary: £55-£65k
\nWere looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, with a strong focus on delivering infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects end-to-end while also contributing to the ongoing development and support of a global IT environment.
\nYoull work closely with international colleagues and lead initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and improvements to security and resilience.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nLead and deliver infrastructure projects (e.g. migrations, upgrades, rollouts)
\nManage and optimise IT infrastructure across the UK environment
\nWork with global teams to align standards and processes
\nEnsure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant
\nSupport disaster recovery and business continuity planning/testing Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
\nEngage with vendors and manage third-party services.
\nWhat Were Looking For
\nStrong experience in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, virtualisation, Azure)
\nProven ability to manage and deliver technical projects
\nGood understanding of security and compliance (ISO 27001, CE+, GDPR)
\nSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
\nAbility to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
\nStrong Interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
