The Role

Joining an established London Cost Consultancy team, you will deliver a broad range of pre and post-contract services across both commercial and residential projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contract Administration, with experience of JCT and NEC forms of contract preferred
\n
• Cost planning and cost management
\n
• Procurement and tender management
\n
• Preparation of Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
\n
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments
\n
• Direct client liaison and project delivery responsibilities
\n
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
\n

This is a hands-on, client-facing position offering a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and exposure to key stakeholders.

About You

\n
• MRICS qualified is essential, ideally with no more than 12 months' PQE
\n
• Previous experience within a cost consultancy environment
\n
• Exposure to both commercial and residential projects
\n
• Demonstrable experience across both pre and post-contract services
\n
• Strong understanding of procurement and tender processes
\n
• Comfortable managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
\n
• A collaborative approach with an interest in supporting and developing junior colleagues
\n
