\n The role of the Internal Sales Executive Timber & Building Materials will involve:

\n
• Internal Sales Executive position selling a range of timber and building materials such as hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, cladding, decking, fencing, sleepers, I-joists, roof trusses
\n
• Selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers, joinery manufacturers and trade
\n
• Offer practical advice to customers and guide them through the design process
\n
• Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
\n
• Processing orders and making cold calls with a strong focus on generating new business
\n
• Pro-actively selling, following up leads and enquiries promptly
\n
• Responsible for developing your own ledger, which over time you will be targeted on
\n

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive Timber & Building Materials with:

\n
• Must have 2+ years construction sales experience
\n
• Must have experience or a strong understanding of the timber, building materials or closely related construction sector
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
\n
• Must be a good team player
\n
• Driven, enthusiastic, hungry and lots of self-motivation
\n
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
\n
