Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage and assist with a caseload of catastrophic injury claims
\n
• Investigate liability and quantum issues on complex, high-value cases
\n
• Support senior lawyers on technically challenging and sensitive matters
\n
• Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and other stakeholders
\n
• Contribute to delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice
\n
• Participate in client relationship management and business development activities
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or CILEX qualified with at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience
\n
• Experience defending catastrophic injury litigation
\n
• Strong negotiation and case management skills
\n
• Experience of direct client contact and involvement in business development initiatives
\n
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational abilities
\n
