Conveyancing Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a modern, ambitious and growing law firm in Shrewsbury. This role offers high-quality work, genuine career progression, hybrid working and a competitive salary and benefits package.

The firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with around 5 years plus PQE' experience handling a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• Re-mortgages
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• General residential property advice
\n

You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team comprising a Head of Department, Solicitors and experienced support staff. The department benefits from strong internal processes and modern systems, enabling fee earners to work efficiently while delivering an excellent client service.About you To be considered for this residential conveyancing role you must have at least 5 years’ experience within conveyancing with the ability to manage your own caseload free of significant supervision. The department is looking for a team player, excellent client care skills and IT skills.
