\nSalary: £13.00 per hour + (DoE)
\nHours: 28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday

\nAbout the Role
\nOur client is looking to recruit a professional and personable Receptionist to join their friendly team.
\nThis is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with administration and customer service duties. You'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone \n
- Managing appointments, schedules and diaries \n
- Handling telephone calls, emails and general enquiries professionally \n
- Maintaining accurate client records and confidential documentation \n
- Providing administrative support to the wider team \n
- Preparing client paperwork and supporting operational processes \n
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records \n
- Ensuring reception and communal areas remain professional, welcoming and organised \n
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies \n
- Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the office. \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service or Administrative role \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills \n
- A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach \n
- Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information \n
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment \n
