Location: Petersfield

Salary: £13.00 per hour + (DoE)

Hours: 28 hours per week, Monday to Thursday

About the Role

\n

Our client is looking to recruit a professional and personable Receptionist to join their friendly team.

\n

This is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with administration and customer service duties. You'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone
  • \n
  • Managing appointments, schedules and diaries
  • \n
  • Handling telephone calls, emails and general enquiries professionally
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate client records and confidential documentation
  • \n
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • \n
  • Preparing client paperwork and supporting operational processes
  • \n
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • \n
  • Ensuring reception and communal areas remain professional, welcoming and organised
  • \n
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
  • \n
  • Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the office.

About You

\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience within a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service or Administrative role
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • \n
  • A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
  • \n
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  • \n
  • Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • \n
