Technical Sales Specialist

Position: Internal Sales Specialist

Location: Holywell, Sherburn, Fort Dunlop, or Cardiff (Office Based) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Specialist to join a leading manufacturer within the construction products sector.

Working as part of a busy commercial team, you'll manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, build strong customer relationships, and support projects from enquiry through to order. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up customer quotations.
\n
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
\n
• Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise sales.
\n
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Account Management, or Estimating.
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
\n
• Experience within construction, building materials, manufacturing, or a related industry is advantageous.
\n
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
